I Wouldn't Dance With Another...WOO~

Before we continue, I must take this time to confess that I have once again lost my time to outside activities. Outside activities being public academic examinations in this case. As such, I will not be capable of creating new posts for the next few weeks.
That is, until the end of December.
But fret not, for after that month of Christmas yule, I will be as free as an octopus in the sea, so expect consistent output starting from that point onwards.
Without further ado, I present the final gijinka for the year:
Pokemon: Noctowl
Ability: I Saw Her Standing There
I Saw Her Standing There is one of those classic abilities that somebody's gonna have to have in every superpower series ever. In essence, it grants X-ray vision, but there are a few limitations. I Saw Her Standing There cannot penetrate more than one layer at a time. What constitutes a layer is debatable but from Noctowl's personal experience, she can't see through material thicker than half a metre. However, that depth limit only applies should there be only one layer. If there are multiple layers of something within half a metre, then I Saw Her Standing There will only be able to see through the outermost layer and nothing deeper than that. So yes, you can see through other people's clothes with this ability. That's how Noctowl usually uses it anyway.

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon Plant

This week, I'm starting off with an electric...I think it's a tiger. It's a tiger right?:Pokemon: Electabuzz
Ability: Bioshock
Bioshock is an ability that allows the user to generate painful shocks of static electricity when he/she makes physical contact with a person. What this means is that even if the attack is weak, or even if only a slight touch is administered, the target will receive painful shocks that force reflexive action or muscle spasms. However, Bioshock can only create static discharges if sufficient charge is first built up. It does so simply by remaining in contact with the ground so it's not hard to build up charge, but it's rather easy to forget about it.

Now, I don't know if there're any languages where pitcher plants are referred to as dragons, but let's assume that there is:Pokemon: Victreebel
Ability: Phantom Blood
Phantom Blood is an ability that allows the user to turn living plant matter into nutrients to heal the user. The plant matter is absorbed directly through the skin and immediately circulated to whatever wounds there may be on the body. Plants that have died aren't eligible to be nutrientilized. For clarification, Victreebel wears socks.

Fight Fire with Water

I'm late! And these pictures are rushed! I haven't had much time to darken most of the lines, but still, I prioritize a consistent schedule over consistent output...Hm...When I type it out like that it doesn't sound like a very good idea:
Pokemon: Floatzel
Ability: Flood
Flood is an ability that allows the user to kick bodies of water with great force and velocity. In essence, when the user's feet are in contact with water, the user may create an explosion (In the momentous sense of the word) where the water is shot in one direction with extreme force and the user in the opposite direction with equal momentum. This allows the user to do things like kick water in a person's face with enough force to seriously injure that person, or rapidly kicking the surface of a lake to run across it, or even changing his
direction of falling in midflight by kicking a bunch of raindrops. It's fairly versatile if you know how to use it.

On the less wet side, we have this guy:
Pokemon: Infernape
Ability: Hot Blooded
Hot Blooded is an ability that allows the user to turn his hair into flames. The scalp is automatically protected from any burns that would have been received from the hair fire. The intensity of the flames are within the user's control, and the fuel is...not particularly important. The flame is perpetually burning and requires only the consciousness of the user. I believe this would be as good a time as any to explain that any change in mass or energy due to an ability is made possible by pulling the matter/energy from another dimension.
